Job Summary:
Titan Utilities is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented On-Site Administrator / Data Entry Clerk to support daily field operations by managing administrative tasks, handling documentation, and ensuring accurate data entry from the job site. This position is critical for maintaining up-to-date records, supporting compliance, and keeping field and office teams aligned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter test results, timesheets, inventory logs, and other job-specific data into Titan’s tracking systems in real time or at end-of-day.
- Maintain organized documentation of daily crew activities, inspection forms, safety briefings, and material usage.
- Communicate with the home office or General Foreman regarding any discrepancies, missing data, or urgent documentation issues.
- Assist with onboarding paperwork, sign-in logs, and time tracking for all on-site employees and subcontractors.
- Coordinate hotel reservations, meals, and other travel logistics as directed by the Foreman or Project Manager.
- Prepare and print job packets, safety forms, and inspection checklists as needed for the day’s work.
- Support field compliance with OSHA/ANSI documentation and help prepare logs for audits.
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for document delivery, scheduling updates, and material orders.
- Perform administrative checks to confirm that all data has been submitted accurately and on schedule.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required, administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support or data entry, preferably in construction, utilities, or field services.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and cloud-based reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
